- Challenge
- Creating safe, trauma-informed pathways for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, complex trauma and gendered violence to reconnect with themselves and others through recovery grounded in dignity, choice and lived experience.
- Ecosystem Designed
- A survivor-led ecosystem that brings together trauma-informed non-contact boxing, creative writing, peer leadership and community connection. Every element is intentionally designed around safety, consent, agency, confidentiality and trust, allowing participants to engage at their own pace in a supportive environment.
- Activation
- An evidence-informed eight-week program delivered by facilitators and coaches with lived experience, combining movement, creative expression and peer connection in safe, private and inclusive spaces that foster belonging, resilience and empowerment.
- Impact
- A growing national survivor-led organisation helping people reclaim their voice, rebuild confidence, strengthen connection and create lasting pathways for healing and recovery through community.
- Next Phase
- Expanding access to trauma-informed, survivor-led programs, growing facilitator capability and extending community partnerships so more survivors can access safe, evidence-informed recovery pathways across Australia.
